We work as a team and constantly share good practice and discuss effective strategies. Our work will be guided by a support proposal which will be agreed initially by a school leader. The outcomes of each visit are communicated in a short support log and the work is overseen by our senior adviser. It is this level of negotiation, communication and quality assurance that has gained us the CPD standard through the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics.
